Terms of Service

Effective date: October 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Liliami AI at liliamiai.com (the "Service"), operated by Samson, an individual based in New York, USA ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying credits or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Liliami AI lets you generate AI videos from photos, video clips or text prompts. Generation is performed by third-party AI model providers (currently fal.ai, running models such as Kling and Luma). Results vary, and we don't guarantee any particular output, quality or availability.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us at support@liliamiai.com if you think your account has been compromised.

3. Credits and payments

The Service runs on prepaid credits. Current packs: Starter 100 credits for $10, Creator 500 credits for $45, Pro 1500 credits for $120 (USD). Each generation costs the number of credits shown before you start it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.
Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or resold, and are only usable on Liliami AI.
Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request. If a generation fails, the credits it used are automatically returned to your balance. See our Refund Policy.
We may change prices or credit costs going forward; changes don't affect credits you already hold.

4. Acceptable use

You may not upload, prompt for or generate content that:

is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
is sexually explicit or pornographic;
involves minors in any sexual, suggestive, violent or exploitative way (any such material will be reported to the authorities, including NCMEC);
is non-consensual, including intimate imagery of real people or content that harasses, threatens, bullies or defames anyone;
abuses someone's likeness — for example deepfakes or impersonation of a real person without their consent, or content meant to deceive people into thinking a real person said or did something;
infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights; or
attempts to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits or security of the Service.

Only upload images and videos you have the rights and any necessary permissions to use. We and our providers may filter, block or remove content, and we may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Credits spent on content that breaks these rules are not refundable.

5. Your content and outputs

You keep ownership of what you upload. As between you and us, you own the videos you generate ("outputs"), subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers (such as fal.ai and the model developers) and applicable law. AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in every country, and similar outputs may be generated for other users. You give us a limited license to store, process and display your uploads and outputs as needed to run the Service — including showing outputs marked public in the Explore gallery — and to pass them to our providers for processing. You're responsible for how you use your outputs.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including fal.ai (AI processing) and Stripe (payments). Your uploads and prompts are sent to these providers to deliver the Service, and their own terms and privacy policies also apply. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected or offensive.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims, losses and costs arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal reasons. If we close the Service entirely, we'll refund the value of unused purchased credits.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
