This policy explains what personal information Liliami AI (liliamiai.com), operated by Samson, an individual based in New York, USA, collects and how it's used.

What we collect

Account info: your email address and a hashed (never plain-text) password.
Content: the photos, videos and text prompts you submit, and the videos generated for you.
Payment info: purchases are handled by Stripe. We receive a record of the purchase (pack, amount, date) but never your full card number.
Technical info: a session cookie to keep you logged in, and basic server logs (such as IP address and request times) used for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.

How we use it

To run your account, process generations and keep your credit balance.
To process payments and refunds.
To send service emails, like password resets.
To prevent fraud and abuse and enforce our Terms.
To comply with the law.

We don't sell your personal information and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

fal.ai and the AI model providers it runs (such as Kling and Luma): your uploads and prompts are sent to them to generate your videos.
Stripe: to process payments.
Hosting and email providers that store data or deliver email on our behalf.
Authorities when required by law, or to report illegal content such as child sexual abuse material.

These providers have their own privacy policies and may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

Public content

Videos marked public may appear in the Explore gallery. You can make a video private from your Assets page, or email us to have it deleted.

Retention

We keep your account data while your account is open. Uploads and outputs are kept until you ask us to delete them or close your account. Payment records may be kept longer where required for tax and accounting.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing support@liliamiai.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights; we'll honor valid requests as required by law.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS, hashed passwords and hashed, short-lived password reset tokens. No system is 100% secure.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
