Refund Policy

Liliami AI sells prepaid credits for AI video generation. Here's how refunds work.

Used credits

Credits are non-refundable once used. Each generation uses real AI processing time with our providers, so we can't refund credits spent on completed generations — including results you don't like.

Unused credits: 14-day refund

If you haven't used the credits from a purchase, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of that purchase. Email support@liliamiai.com from your account email with the purchase date. If some credits from a pack have been used, we'll refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credits it used are automatically returned to your balance — you don't need to ask. These are refunded as credits, not cash.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds for accounts suspended for breaking our Terms, or where we see abuse or fraud. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we're happy to help. Filing a chargeback may lead to your account being suspended while it's resolved.
